    INA, Ill. (May 5, 2020) — Rend Lake College acknowledged the achievements of its employees Thursday during the annual RLC Faculty and Staff Awards. To learn who was honored, browse through the slideshow below. Click on an image for a larger version.

    Outstanding Staff Award recipients Glenna and Chris Maxwell. She is a Payroll & Benefits Accountant in the Business Office. He is a Maintenance Technician in the Physical Plant.
    2023 Outstanding Faculty Member of the Year Jeff Keen with RLC Foundation Board Member Mary Ellen Aiken and Vice President of Instruction & Student Affairs Lori Ragland. Keen is a math instructor.  
    Math Instructor Jeff Keen, the 2023 Outstanding Faculty Member of the Year. 
    English Professor Rob Little was recognized for 30 years of service and as a retiree this year. 
    Recognized for 25 years of service were, FROM LEFT; Theatre Director Tracey Webb, Payroll & Benefits Accountant Glenna Maxwell, Accounts Payable and Purchasing Sue Scattone, Custodian Kelly Eubanks, and Subsidized Child Care Specialist Kathryn Byars.     First Year Experience Coordinator Hillary Halsey recognized for a Student Success Award. Pictured with Dean of Student Success and Development Vicke Schulte. 
    Recognized for 20 years of service were Agriculture Professor Kathy Helmers and Associate VP of Institutional Outreach Dr. Chad Copple. 
    Bill Reynolds was recognized as the 2023 Outstanding Part-Time Faculty Member of the Year. 
    Recognized for 15 years of service are Director of Perkins and CTE Kristina Shelton, Chief of Police Damon Sims, and Information Systems Specialist Ron Murray. NOT PICTURED: English Associate Professor Joe Ervin and Welding Associate Professor Pete Wilce. 
    Business Associate Professor Mark Jornd received the Assessment Award.
